Coaches' perspective

Commitment, creativity and a positive attitude – these traits are what we are looking for, and developing, in our apprentice electrotechnicians.

Eryk has launched an apprentice program for graduates of technical schools in the West Pomeranian region. Supervised by Eryk's coaches, apprentices will have a chance to develop and perfect their technical skills. We first implemented such a training program in 2019 and it was focused on West African technicians (click here to read more). Now we concentrate on young electrotechnicians in our region.

Recently, we have interviewed some of the coaches: Dariusz Malko, Marcin Schonborn, Mateusz Maciąg and Mateusz Bakun, who will be sharing their valuable knowledge with the apprentices.

Nothing sounds better than good feedback from a satisfied customer!

“No doubt – we know who to contact when we need technicians in the future…” –  it makes our day to hear that from a customer! In the recent weeks, one of our technical teams took part in an electrical and mechanical installation project performed for Enabl, representing Wind Power industry.
The scope of work was exactly in the centre of our core services. We provided the customer with: mechanical and electrical installation of sensors, encoders, general electrical wiring on all types of infrastructure elements as well as installations on wind turbine installation vessels.

On the podium, again!

NCDC Business Race 2021
NCDC 2021 business race
Look at those 4 shiny medals combine into 1! 😊 NCDC relay race has been our tradition for many years. This year the race was performed virtually again (everyone used an app and ran at the most convenient time) and not only was it great fun, but also supported a charity initiative “Auction for Inga”. We are so proud of our fantastic teams! Special congratulations to Kasia Szaniawska-Biej, Jacek Kukuła, Bartosz Dawidziak and Przemysław Piotrowski who took 2nd place in this year’s NCDC race (MIX category). Double congrats to Przemysław and Bartosz, who repeated the success of 2020!
 
Congratulations to all the other companies and their running teams. Let’s hope we can compete next year in the REAL WORLD! 😊

In keeping with our tradition, and keeping all the levels of the company in touch with one another, we recently held a meeting of the representatives of all departments of Eryk – from technical to legal, the so called "Management Forum 2021". We joined the meeting online from all across Europe – France, Denmark and Poland. We all appreciate working on a platform where all voices are heard, ideas are exchanged, plans are made and where everyone ends up with a shared vision of what is to come.

Patryk Kwiecień, our Sales Rep., who joined our team in February, takes part in the Polish FootGolf League. This weekend he made it to the first position in the general classification in Poland!!! 🏆 😊
FootGolf is a very interesting sport. It actually has a good presence in many European countries, such as: Italy, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, UK and in Ireland, where Patryk was living before he joined Eryk.

Patryk shared some insights about this sport. Maybe it will convince some of you to start playing FootGolf and meet Patryk in tournaments? ;)
