Installation project in Florida... under special windy conditions
Always exciting to be travelling across the ocean!
For some of the technicians it was the first visit in the US… and it was definitely memorable this time – the hurricane Ian visited Florida too. “It was blowing like hell! But we were safe” – says Andrzej, Team Manager. "We were lucky that we were not in the centre of the storm" - says Krystian, the Apprentice.
Not long ago, our team of electrical and mechanical technicians as well as an apprentice provided installation works at a project in Florida, USA. The scope included carrying out mechanical assembly and electrical installation of customer’s equipment, comprising filter installation, cable tray assembly and electrical connections.

Networking at fairs - Motek, Parcel+Post etc.
 
At Eryk, our sales department tries to be as outgoing as possible. We come to key industry fairs to identify potential customers and present our offer. In the season, we were and are focused on:
  • Potato Europe – seriously 🥔! The international meeting place for the potato industry!,
  • SMM Hamburg - maritime industry conference and fairs,
  • Motek Stuttgart - international trade fair for automation in production and assembly automation,
  • Parcel+Post Hamburg - the leading global event for the world's parcel delivery, e-commerce logistics and postal industries,
  • Wind Energy Denmark - wind power indystry fairs,
  • SPS Nuremberg - leading trade fair for electric automation.
...and we would be happy to know of other valuable events.

Management Forum & Summer Party
After a pause of three years, we are finally back together at Summer Party 2022!
This time, together with our travelling technicians, we landed by the Polish seaside in Kołobrzeg, where we first had the Management Forum meeting to look into our future and discuss the key issues at Eryk, after which we could relax and reinforce the team spirit by having some fun games together.
We then celebrated 10 and 15-year anniversaries of our colleagues at Eryk and honoured the coaches of our apprenticeship program. Finally, we danced and sang and ate and repeated all that till the wee hours.
Can't wait for the next year! In the meantime, the memories and photos must be enough :)

Christmas visits coming soon!
Believe or not, Christmas is around the corner! 
And we can't wait to see Santa, but also you - our dear Customers!
 
Personal meetings with our customers are a key element to achieving a good understanding of their needs and in staying updated with the current plans and ambitions. We also use this opportunity to evaluate and improve the cooperation. End of the year and the upcoming holiday season presents a good opportunity for that.
