At the end of 2023, we feel just... grateful :)
It's been another challenging year, but all our hard work has paid off and we can close the year being happy with our end-result. The new corporate movie, apprenticeship graduations and new, interesting project locations are among the key achievements. But we have also found some time in December to step out of our regular roles and do something different and fun. Read on!

Drum-roll, please! It’s finally here! It is with great pleasure that we present the new Eryk movie. Our brand-new corporate 🎞️ shows a bit of the history of our company along with the inspiration for our brand. We wanted to show you some of the cool stuff that we do daily, our terrific teams and we wanted to show it with a wink 😉 We very much hope you will like it. Let us know! And remember that you saw it before the Cannes jury! 😉 Big thanks to all people who took part in the shots! ...and also to our furry little buddy 😉

First official graduation in Eryk’s Apprenticeship Program
Recently, we had a special occasion to celebrate - the graduation of the first group of electrical apprentices. We gathered and thanked the graduates for their efforts, officially congratulating on accomplishing the program. There were diplomas and awards.🥳👏
📌We have brought up very talented, hardworking technicians with great qualifications, and we managed to instill in them our work ethic and corporate culture📌, emphasizes Eryk’s Vice President, Lucja Kalkstein summarizing the completion of apprenticeship by the West African colleagues.
The event was visited by local media and resulted with a nice press article:

The graduation was combined with our new type of periodic meeting for Eryk employees - Staff Information Meeting (SIM).

Christmas Visits - "we wanna wish you :)"!
At Eryk, we have already gotten into a Christmas mood 🎄, which means that we want to meet our customers, our potential customers and key stakeholders. These personal meetings are a key element to achieving a good understanding of your needs and in staying updated with the current plans and ambitions. We also use this opportunity to evaluate and improve the cooperation.

You can soon expect an invite from us - to a personal or online meeting, and if Santa 🎅🏼 is running late, let us know and we'll be happy to step up 😊
