At the end of October, we co-hosted the TECHPRO4EUROPE Dissemination Seminar in Szczecin, alongside partners from the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nigerian Board of Technical Education (NBTE), and International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) through the EU-funded Mobility Partnership Facility (MPF).

It was an exciting opportunity to show how Eryk has been able to build a thriving pool of young African technicians ready to learn and work on vast international projects. We extend our special thanks to everyone who joined us at the seminar. 🤝

The journey from talent to expertise doesn’t end at seminars—its essence is the daily practice and continuous learning. At Eryk, we prioritize the development of our young electricians by equipping them with the tools needed to succeed.

 

For instance, our young electricians have been undergoing electrical training to advance their skills at Skive College in Denmark. After a few months now, they’ve mastered key areas such as reading electrical diagrams, fireproofing techniques, and complying with Danish and European installation and maintenance standards. 

 

This hands-on training directly supports the goals shared at the TECHPRO4EUROPE Seminar: preparing skilled professionals to meet the challenges of the future. Looking forward to achieving great results!
